BOBST 160 A-MATIC Die-Cutting Machine is a heavy-duty automatic die-cutting machine from Switzerland, specifically designed for large-format jobs, high-volume production, and thick materials.
It offers a powerful cutting force of up to 400 tons and supports a maximum cutting size of 1,600 x 1,100 mm. It can handle corrugated board up to 9mm thick and solid board from 1mm and above.
With a high production speed of up to 6,500 sheets per hour, it’s ideal for mass production of items such as color boxes and corrugated packaging.

BOBST 160 A-MATIC Die-Cutting Machine is also equipped with a front waste cutting mode to reduce material waste and features an adjustable gripper margin (15 ± 3 mm), allowing greater flexibility for different die layouts.
